What delivery options are available?
The LEGO Shop offers a few different delivery options. You can get standard delivery (2-4 working days), which costs £3.95 or is free for orders over £50. You can get express delivery (1-2 working days), which costs £18.
Are returns free?
Yes, if you wish to return your order, LEGO Shop will provide you with a prepaid returns label that you’ll be able to drop off at a DPD Pickup shop.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, provided your returned order is securely packaged in a secure box, the LEGO Shop will send you a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 days.

Does the LEGO Shop accept PayPal?
Yes, LEGO Shop accepts PayPal as a payment method. You can also pay for your order with a debit card, credit card and Apple Pay.
How do I contact LEGO Shop?
You can contact the customer service team at the LEGO shop by calling 0800 066 8536, which is available Monday to Friday, 8 am - 8 pm and Saturday to Sunday, 9 am - 4 pm. Alternatively, you can use their chatbot feature, which can answer general queries or connect you with a LEGO expert.

Free Delivery. To save a little extra cash on your order, take advantage of the free delivery offer at the LEGO Shop. For every order over £50, you will receive free standard delivery.
Seasonal Sales. The LEGO Shop has been known to hold seasonal sales. We’ve previously seen fantastic offers in their Easter sale, such as 40% off LEGO sets and more. Keep an eye out around Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas and more for more exciting sales.
Become a LEGO Insider. When you sign up to become a LEGO Insider, you’ll start earning reward points on each purchase you make. LEGO will occasionally offer double points on purchases, and you can also earn points on surveys and quizzes found on the LEGO social media pages. The reward points can be used as discounts on future purchases.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
As a collaborative team, we do our best to ensure that incorrect or outdated discount codes and offers aren’t listed on any of our retailer pages. To do this, we test the codes ourselves to make sure that they work and aim to give as much guidance as possible with regard to how they are supposed to be used.

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true. Like all businesses, we need to make money, and we do this via commission-based relationships with brands and retailers - we earn a small percentage from the retailer every time someone uses a code on our website or clicks through to a sale.
We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
