Furniture Villages splits its delivery service into categories, depending on the piece of furniture you buy. The Premium delivery service covers divan sets and dining chairs at £79.00 and dining tables, sofas, bedframes, garden furniture and other large furniture at £119.00. Accessories will come with a £10.00 shipping charge.

Can I cancel my Furniture Village order?

Yes, orders that have not yet been delivered can be cancelled at any time for free by contacting the Furniture Village Customer Service team via email. Please note, this excludes bespoke orders.

What is Furniture Village’s return policy?
