Does Ninja Kitchen offer free delivery?
Yes, they do. All orders to the UK mainland from Ninja Kitchen benefit from free delivery. So you’ll only pay the price that you see when you add the item to your basket.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the items that you’ve purchased. If you’ve ordered an appliance or main unit before 8 pm then you should hopefully receive it the next day, even on a Saturday and Sunday! Parts and accessories are delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class post and take between 3-5 working days to be delivered.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive an email with the name of the carrier of your parcel alongside a tracking number and a link.
Can I return my Ninja Kitchen order?
Yes, you can. Ninja Kitchen accepts returns for up to 30 days after you receive your item. Items should be returned in the same condition as you received them. If you’re returning an item as you’ve changed your mind and no longer want the item, you’ll be responsible for covering the cost of the return postage.
