  • – ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • – ½ cup frozen blueberries

  • – 1 cup Coconut / Almond Milk

Put everything in a blender and mix until you get a nice and smooth liquid. If you prefer it cold, just add ice cubes and you have your perfect summer breakfast!

Overnight Strawberry Oats

  • – ½ cup plain oats
  • – 1/3 plain Greek yoghurt (0% fat)
  • – ½ cup fresh strawberries
  • – 1/3 banana
  • – 1 spoon honey
  • – 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Put the oats, honey, chia seeds and the yoghurt in a bowl and give it a good mix. Add the strawberries and the banana slices on top and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning you have a perfectly healthy and tasty breakfast waiting for you!

Lunch – healthy summer recipes

We know everybody loves these great sandwiches from the deli next to the office or the perfect pizza slices from the Italian store nearby. However, making your lunch is a great way to save money and make sure you always eat healthy food.

  • – 1 package of mozzarella
  • – 2-3 fresh tomatoes
  • – 2-3 spoons Green Pesto
  • – Green & black olives mix
  • – 1 toast
  • – grapes
  • – choice of nuts

Slice the tomatoes and garnish with the mozzarella and the green pesto on top. Add the toast, the olives and the grapes on the side. You can drizzle some virgin oil and a pinch of salt over the toast and you have your healthy lunch – Italy in a box! The best part is you probably have enough ingredients left for a few more of these incredibly tasty meals.

Chicken & avocado wrap

  • – 2 mini tortilla wraps
  • – 80g sliced chicken breast
  • – lettuce
  • – 1 tomato
  • – 1 spoon lemon juice
  • – 1 avocado

Blend the avocado and the lemon juice, you can add a pinch of salt if you like. Spread the chicken breast, the lettuce and the tomato slices over the wraps and add the creamy avocado sauce on top. There you have it, a quick and easy healthy lunch that won’t break the bank!

Dinner is the last meal of the day and since you go to sleep soon after it, it’s best to keep it as light and as healthy as possible.

  • – 2 tomatoes
  • – 1 cucumber
  • – 1 red onion
  • – Black olives
  • – Greek feta cheese cubes
  • – Olive oil & oregano for the seasoning

Chop the tomatoes and the onions, add the sliced cucumbers and the black olives and give everything a good mix. Add the cheese cubes and top with the olive oil and oregano. If you feel like you need more, just add a slice of toasted bread on the side.

Spinach omelette

  • – 2 eggs
  • – 1 -2 cups of spinach
  • – 5 chopped cherry tomatoes
  • – Grated cheese
  • – lettuce
  • – Olives
  • – 1 tomato

Blend the eggs, spinach and tomatoes and grill the omelette. Once ready, add the grated cheese on top and serve with the salad mix (tomato, lettuce and olives) on the side. For extra taste, drizzle over virgin oil and a pinch of salt.
