Obviously it goes without saying that you should look for trusted sources so you’re getting good advice, but it’s an invaluable resource. Not to mention you’ve got workouts tailored for beginners, through to athletes, so there’s something for everyone.

You can get them super affordably and you’ll be able to keep on top of those step goals with ease. A great place to aim for is 10,000 steps a day, or 45 minutes of walking a day, but it might be worth easing into it and increasing your goals bit by bit just so you get into the swing of things.
This one’s a little bit of a cheat just because without a treadmill, you’ll likely have to take to the great outdoors. But there’s no understating how good a run can be for you.
