Can I book with a deposit?
Yes, you can. At Forest Holidays, you can secure your holiday with a deposit and then arrange to pay monthly or in full.
Am I able to cancel my holiday?
Yes, if you’d like to cancel your booking, you can do so no less than 12 weeks before the start date of your holiday. All cancellation requests must be made via email, and customers will be liable to pay the standard deposit amount.
When is the balance for my holiday due?
All balances must be settled 6 weeks before arrival. The amount will be taken automatically, as per the agreement made at the time of booking. For all holidays booked within 6 weeks of the start date, payment will be required in full.
