Hughes Delivery & Returns FAQs

Does Hughes offer free delivery?

Yes, most single items over £50 are offered with free delivery. Cost of delivery for orders under £50 is calculated per item and will be displayed at the checkout. Standard delivery generally arrives in 3 - 4 working days, and you can also choose a delivery date that suits you. If you want faster delivery, you can choose Express delivery for next working day delivery if you order before 12pm, or weekend delivery for shipping on Saturday or Sunday. The cost of both of these options is also worked out per item at the checkout.

What is the Hughes returns policy?

Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date. You'll need to get in touch with their customer service team and notify them that you wanna make a return. Returned items must be sent back in the original box and internal packaging, and must be unused & not installed or downloaded. Deductions can be made if the goods have been handled more than necessary. You'll have to return any items at your own cost.

Does Hughes offer repairs?

Yes, Hughes does offer a repair service. Items that develop a fault within 30 days of delivery can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. For items that a fault is found after 30 days but before 6 months, they'll be repaired or replaced as requested. If repairs or replacements aren’t possible, then a partial refund will be offered for you to keep the product, or you can return them for a full refund.
