Can I pay for my flights with a deposit?
Yes, Jet2 now allow passengers to secure their flights with a deposit. This is only available for group bookings of 10 people or more, however, and deposits start from as little as £30.00 per person.
Can I change my booking if I make a mistake?
It is possible to make changes to your booking, such as changing the dates and names, but this will incur a charge. Jet2 may consider a refund if you inform them within 24 hours of making your booking.
How much does it cost to make a change to my booking?
If you’d like to change the name on your Jet2 booking, it'll cost £40.00 per person, per one-way flight. They do, however, allow you to make corrections to genuine spelling errors of up to three letters for free.
