Can I get free delivery at John Lewis?
Yes, you can. John Lewis offers free Standard UK delivery on all orders over £50.00 (otherwise £4.50). Please note, that this excludes larger items such as furniture and appliances.
What is the John Lewis returns policy?
You can return your items to John Lewis, within 35 days, for either an exchange or refund. Items will need to be sent back unused and in their original condition, with all the tags still attached.
Are returns free at John Lewis?
Yes, you can post your items back to John Lewis free of charge, take them into a nearby John Lewis or Waitrose store, or drop them off at a Collect+ collection point. Be sure to bring your proof of purchase if you're heading in-store!
