Travel Republic’s Price Drop Promise applies to package bookings made with Travel Republic during the promotional period specified below where the customer identifies the same package available on travelrepublic.co.uk at a lower price between booking and travel. The minimum price difference must be greater than £25pp and available on travelrepublic.co.uk more than 7 days prior to departure in order to qualify for the price drop promise. You must contact Travel Republic more than 7 days prior to departure in order to claim. The Price Drop Promise covers package bookings comprising a flight and hotel. The Price Drop Promise does not cover the price of ancillaries such as seats, bags, transfers, attractions etc included in your package. The price you find must be based on the exactly the same products as your current booking, including same flight, accommodation, board type, room type duration, dates of travel, and passengers and available to book online at travelrepublic.co.uk. The Price Drop Promise Only applies to new bookings made during the promotional period, between 28 Apr and 31 Jul 2022 for travel by 31 Oct 2022. Claims can only be accepted if there are no overdue balances due on your booking. We do not accept claims from customers who have bookings with another travel provider and then attempt to make a claim. We reserve the right to refuse any claim where we are unable to verify the claim to our satisfaction, in accordance with the above terms and conditions.

Travel Republic Codes That You've Missed
Can I amend my booking?
Yes, you can amend your booking with Travel Republic. Whether it’s needing to change the dates, names or add someone to the booking they can assist you. All you have to do is give them a call or raise a Customer Support Request by logging in to the Manage Your Booking section of the website. Amendments may be subject to a fee depending on the change being made.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, Travel Republic accept that sometimes you’ll need to cancel your booking. You have two ways to cancel bookings. You can call them on 0208 974 7200 and press option 1 or raise a Customer Support Request by logging into your account. If you have a flexible accommodation-only booking you will find it easier, quicker and cheaper to cancel by logging into your account.
Are cancellations free?
It depends on your booking. Flexible accommodation-only bookings can be cancelled for free online during your free cancellation period. Other bookings may be subject to a cancellation fee or 10% of the value of the booking, whichever is higher.
When will I receive my boarding pass?
Travel Republic don’t provide or send your boarding pass. You will receive your boarding pass when you check-in online on your chosen airline's website or app. If you are unable to check-in online for any reason you’ll receive your boarding pass when you check-in at the airport.
What if there are changes to my flights?
Once Travel Republic have been notified from your airline that there’s been a change to your flight Travel Republic will get in touch. Travel Republic will send you a Customer Request to inform you of the change which you’ll receive an email to notify you. If the airline changes the flight at short notice then Travel Republic will call you.
What if the airline cancels my flight?
If the airline cancels your flight and it’s part of a package holiday, Travel republic will get in touch to discuss your options and possible solutions. If it’s part of a flight-only booking then you’ll receive a full refund or help booking an alternative flight. You will be required to pay any additional costs with alternative flights, however.

With their Price Drop Promise if you book your package holiday with Travel Republic and find the same holiday on the same dates for less between booking and departure, then Travel Republic will refund you the difference. The price difference must be more than £25pp and available on Travel Republic more than 7 days before the date of departure.
