Can I get free delivery at Sony?
Yes, Sony currently offers free delivery on orders over £45.00. For orders below this amount, shipping will cost £7.99.
Can I cancel my Sony order?
Yes, Sony offers a cooling-off period of one hour after the placement of an order. If you’d like to cancel, you’ll need to log into your online account and follow the on-screen instructions.
What is the Sony returns policy?
If you’re not happy with your Sony product, you’ll have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it free of charge. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
