Italian food is a great staple for a family dinner out. Kids will love tasty pizza and pasta dishes and will leave with full tummies. “Amici Kids” is there to make sure that children will enjoy their experience when at ASK Italian. There are a few little details that they make sure nothing goes wrong!
When dining in a restaurant, it is vital to have a hot plate to make sure your meal stays hot. However, a hot plate can be a bit of a hazard. Children’s dishes are served on cool plates to make sure they don’t burn their fingers.
Smaller knives and forks are at hand to make sure it is easier for kids to eat their food without help. Looking after kids in a restaurant can be hard work because you need to keep them occupied. A long wait for food might end in disaster so ASK Italian aim to bring out their food first. If any adults at the table ordering starters, it will all come at the same time.
Other ways they keep their kids occupied at ASK Italian is giving them lots of activities. There are pop out finger puppets on the kids menu as well as crayons to keep them occupied when you are waiting for your food or when the adults are eating.
If you want to treat your little ones to something special then give them the great set menu at ASK Italian. Get a starter, a main course, a dessert and a babyccino for only £6.95!

Their Pistachio and olive oil cake was the winner of the 2015 Great Taste award. The deliciously nutty cake is served with warm vanilla ice cream! You can get a coffee and a little slice of this cake rather than the full size.
Ice cream or gelato is an Italian staple that can be great after a filing and rich meal. You can have two scoops of ice cream of sorbet in the following flavours; hazelnut, espresso, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, pistachio, salted caramel, raspberry, mango and lemon. Gelato gondolas allow you to have a fix of different sorbets and icecreams. The Chocolate & Nut has chocolate, hazelnut and pistachio ice creams, with chocolate coated honeycomb on top and served with crispy biscuits and a jug of chocolate sauce. Delicious!
A lot of the desserts are suitable for vegetarians, excluding a few of the richer chocolate items.
