Can I get free delivery at Clarins?
Yes. Clarins offers free delivery on all orders over £50. You can also get three free samples with each order too.
How much is delivery at Clarins?
Standard delivery costs £3.95 from DPD. Your order will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Standard deliver to the Channel Islands, Highlands or Northern Ireland costs £5.95 and will be delivered within 2-7 working days. Other delivery options are available for next day delivery and weekend delivery.
Does Clarins do next-day delivery?
Yes. Next working day delivery is available when you order by 2 pm Monday - Friday. This costs £5.95.
How do I return my order?
You can return your Clarins order within 30 days of your ordering being sent. You should return your order in a resaleable condition with your order returns form. Returns via a DPD Pickup Collection is completely free. If you choose to return via the Royal Mail, then you will have to cover the return cost yourself. Make sure to refer to the Returns Policy on the Clarins website for more information.

Yes. Students can get 10% off their online orders at Clarins. You’ll need to log in to your UNiDAYS account to verify your student status. Or choose a different student offer where you can get an exclusive gift when you spend £35.
Does Clarins offer NHS discount?
No. Currently, Clarins does not offer any NHS staff discount on their website. Although you can still sign up to the newsletter to get 10% off.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
