Can I get free delivery at Fortnum & Mason?
The only free delivery method available at Fortnum & Mason at the time of writing is their Click & Collect service. When collecting your order in store, you’ll need to bring a copy of your order confirmation with you, along with a photo ID.
What delivery options are available at Fortnum & Mason?
Alongside free Click & Collect, customers can select Standard delivery for £5.95, Named Day delivery for £7.95 or Next Working Day delivery for £9.95. Delivery of fresh food and flowers is available when shopping online, too.
What is the Fortnum & Mason returns policy?
If you’d like to send an item back to Fortnum & Mason, you’ll have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so. Please note, that this excludes perishable goods and personalised or bespoke products.

How we make money

Like all businesses, we need to make money, and we do this via commission-based relationships with brands and retailers - we earn a small percentage from the retailer every time someone uses a code on our website or clicks through to a sale.
We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
