Getting in touch with Currys

With any luck, the deals on our Currys discount page were just what you were looking for and we've helped you bag a saving on your latest tech order from Currys. If you've placed an order and you've got any questions or queries, there are a number of ways you can get in touch with the Currys customer service team to find answers.

How do I contact Currys by phone?

The Currys customer service number is 0344 561 0000, and you can call between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm on Saturdays, and 9am to 6pm on Sundays to reach their team. Make sure to have your order or account number to hand when you call so your issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.

Can I email Currys customer service?

Although you’ll be sent order confirmations via email, Currys don’t have an email address that you can use to reach their customer service team. If you’d like support online, you can get in touch using their web chat feature.

Can I write to Currys?

Sure! If you fancy putting pen to paper to let them know what’s on your mind, you can address all correspondence to:

Currys
PO Box 1687
Sheffield
S2 5YA

What are Currys' opening times?

Stores typically open around 10am and close around 6pm Monday to Saturday, opening at 10:30am & closing at 4:30pm on Sundays. Opening times will differ from store to store, though, so be sure to check when your local closes with the handy online store locator before you pop in.

Can I find Currys on social media?

Yes, you can follow Currys on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. They’ll often post updates about new product ranges, and you can also comment on their posts or send them a direct message to get support with any issues you’re having.

Do Currys price match?

Yes, the Currys price promise guarantees that they’ll match the best prices from any UK retailer, both online & in-store. If you find a product cheaper elsewhere, you can let them know before ordering to get a better price, or up to 7 days after your purchase to get refunded the difference. They even factor in discount codes, which is not something retailers usually to offer as part of their price match schemes.

Each product page should feature a ‘Price promise’ link below the 'Add to basket' button, where you can click to see a comparison between Currys’ prices and those of other main competitors. This includes any delivery and service fees. Products without the ‘Price Promise’ button may be Currys exclusives that you can’t find anywhere else.

Currys will price match all products they have in stock, except for inks, delivery & installation charges, product protection plans, mobile phone plans and other services, so long as they are sold on identical terms. Although they’ll match discounts, they won’t include any trade discounts or exclusive discounts for university staff, students, NHS workers or military personnel, so bear this in mind if you’re shopping around.

About Currys Your Plan Credit Accounts

Want to spread the cost of your orders? Currys have partnered with Creation to create Your Plan, which lets customers pay for purchases flexibly using an online credit account.

What can I buy using Your Plan?

Under the scheme, any purchases over £99 are eligible for flexible payment plans at 24.9% representative APR with no deposit and no early payment fees. You can choose from 12 - 36 month plans, with options to pay more than your monthly payments to speed things up, or even to pay off your entire order at any time, at no additional cost. You will also receive special promotional discounts only offered to credit customers.

How does it work?

Accounts and statements are managed online, and users are sent a confirmation email upon signing up that provides all the details needed to log in. The Your Plan online portal lets you view your purchases, change payment plans, make payments on top of your monthly payments, or pay for your order in full. You can find more information on how Your Plan works on the Currys website.

How can I sign up for Your Plan?

You’ll need to apply to set up an account to use Your Plan. You'll undergo a credit check, after which Currys will assign you a credit limit with which you can place orders. Applications can be done online or in-store. To be eligible for a credit account, you must be:

  • 18 - 80 years old

  • A UK resident of 3 or more years, with a valid proof of address

  • In full-time employment, retirement or in receipt of disability benefits with an annual income of at least £10,000

  • Able to provide bank account details to set up a direct debit
