Can I get free delivery at Currys?

Yes, standard delivery comes free on large item orders of all values and small item orders worth £50 or more. Currys will also occasionally run promotional offers for free standard delivery below their usual threshold, or for free next day or large item delivery. Keep an eye out on our Currys discounts page for the occasional free delivery code, as well as updates on any other promotions they're running that could help you save on order costs.

Do Currys offer Click & Collect?

Yes, you can collect both small and large items from one of over 300 Currys stores free of charge. You can choose from two kinds of Click & Collect: Drive Thru or Walk Up. When you place either type of Click & Collect order, you’ll be sent a confirmation when your order is ready to collect.

With Drive Thru Click & Collect, you’ll need to drive to the nominated store with your mobile phone and payment card (for verification purposes). Park in one of the designated collection bays and then click the link provided in your email to let their team know you’ve arrived. Open your boot and a member of the team will bring your order out to the car and store it safely in the boot of your car.

Walk Up Click & Collect works in much the same way. You’ll need to head to your nominated store on foot, then click the link in your confirmation email to notify the staff you’ve arrived. They’ll then bring your order out for you, verify that it’s your order by asking to see your payment card and confirmation email, and hand over your products.

If you have any other questions, head to their website to find out more about how Click & Collect works.

Can I track my Currys order?

Yes, you can track both Currys deliveries and installations and change the time & date they’re arranged for using their online tracking portals. From here, you can also find the DPD or Royal Mail trackers for orders that aren’t delivered directly by Currys, along with their webchat feature should you have any questions or issues.

Can I cancel my Currys order?

Yes, you can cancel your order in a number of ways. First, you can fill out the online cancellation form. You can also get in touch with the Currys Customer Service team, which they recommend doing through their webchat feature. Head to our Currys Customer Service page for more details on how to get in touch with Currys.

Should you be unable to get in touch with the Currys customer service team before your order arrives, you are also able to refuse delivery when it arrives, although this is not the preferred method wherever it can be avoided. If you do need to refuse delivery upon arrival, Currys ask that you inform their customer service team so they can work to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

How do Currys returns work?

Currys give you up to 14 days after purchasing your items to return them if you are unhappy, or 30 days if your item is broken, faulty or incorrect. Returns policies also differ slightly depending on whether your item is classed as a large or small item. For example, collection of larger items may take longer to arrive, and will require more of a lead time. You can return items either in-store or by arranging a collection via DPD or Currys own delivery services. To do so, you will need to fill out the relevant forms accessed through their returns page.
