Am I able to cancel and get a refund?
All tickets are non-refundable, meaning an attendee is not able to cancel the purchase. Tickets may be exchangeable for equivalent fixtures, although this is only possible in extreme circumstances.
What is the dress code on race day?
It is largely recommended to follow a smart-casual dress code for race day events. You can find a handy style guide on the Epsom Downs website for further information.
Will there be food and drink available at the racecourse?
Yes, food and drink stands will be available in and around the racecourse. Please note, that eateries will only accept payment by card.
When is the next Derby at Epsom Downs?
The next Derby Festival at Epsom Downs is scheduled to take place between 31st May and 1st June 2024.
