What is the returns policy at Hershesons?
Hershesons offers 14-day returns from that date of placing your order. Your items should be returned in their original packaging and unused. Hershesons will refund your order but will not cover the cost of returns shipping. They will also not refund any original delivery costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for returns postage so we’d recommend retaining proof of postage.
