Yes, they do. Standard delivery is free on all orders over £30 and will take 3-5 working days. For orders that are under £30, standard delivery costs £2.95.
What is the returns policy at MAC?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from MAC, you can return it. At MAC, they have a 14-day returns policy which means you’ll have up to 14 days after your original purchase date to return your order. Please note that your order must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, for you to be eligible for a full refund.
How do I make a return to MAC?
You can make your return to MAC for free via CollectPlus or by visiting a local MAC store. For online returns which are to be posted, you should accompany them with a returns note.

No. MAC does not test on any animal and do not own any facilities that tests on animals.

How do I know if I qualify for a MAC Pro Membership?
MAC Pro Memberships are eligible for qualifying professionals who are: hair stylists, cosmetologists, fashion stylists, models, performers/on-air talent, beauty press, manicurists, agents, aestheticians, fashion/costume designers, photographers, or beauty therapists. Please note that Makeup Insiders are qualifying professionals in multiple industries.
