I'm an existing O2 customer, can I get an upgrade?
Yes, existing customers can choose from a range of upgrade deals, covering both device and airtime. O2 Switch Up even allows you to upgrade your device before your current contract ends.
Can I check the O2 network coverage in my area?
Yes, O2's coverage checker will let you see how strong 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G networks are in your area so you can get a better idea of how well-connected you'll be where you live.
Delivery & Returns FAQs
What delivery options are available at O2?
Home delivery is free on all SIMs, devices and accessories purchased from O2, and should arrive on the next working day if you order before 12pm Sunday - Thursday. Be sure to head to the O2 Home Delivery page for more information.
There's an O2 store near me, can I opt for Click & Collect?
Absolutely. Click & Collect is available on most products, and can be selected at the checkout. They'll check which stores have your item in stock, and deliver it to your selected store if it's not already available there.
What is the O2 Returns Policy?
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, you have 14 days from your date of purchase to return goods to O2. You'll need to send goods back to O2 using either the QR code tracking label or a labelled jiffy bag sent to you by O2. Both are free to order, and you can do so from their website. All items must be returned in their original condition, and make sure any devices do not have any passcodes set before sending them back.

O2 Priority is the network's rewards scheme, and grants customers discounts at a range of retailers, early access to gig tickets and access to prize draws.
The ‘Great Deals’ page will show you the latest phones and plans that O2 are currently offering. Here, you’ll find everything from budget-friendly clearance items to multi-buy deals and more.
O2 Open is the network's employer discount scheme, and grants workers from certain companies, including NHS Staff, Teachers and Sainsbury's Staff, 25% off airtime plans on new devices. You can check if your employer is enrolled by texting the word OPEN followed by your company’s name to 61202.
Students can get 20% off airtime deals with purchases of new phones and tablets. They can also benefit from 20% off selected accessories.
The O2 Recycle service lets you recycle old tech in exchange for cash. O2 will accept your old phone, even if it's damaged, and send the money directly to your bank account. They can also credit your phone bill if you’re an O2 customer.
