Are returns free?
Yes, O2 will provide you with a free returns label. The label will feature a QR code that will be scanned at the Post Office.
Will I get a refund?
Yes, you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return your order to get a full refund. Include all of the original pieces that your order came with and the original packaging, if possible.
