No, O’Neill does not currently offer free shipping in the UK. Delivery costs £6.95, and orders should arrive within 4-5 working days.
What is the O’Neill returns policy?
O’Neill offers a 30-day returns policy. Items must be sent back in their original packaging and condition, with all tags and labels intact.
Am I able to cancel my O’Neill order?
Once an order has been placed at O’Neill, it is not possible to cancel it due to the limited time between order and dispatch. If you no longer want your purchased item(s), you’ll need to wait for them to arrive and return them for a refund.
