Can I get free delivery at Quiksilver?
Yes. You can enjoy free delivery on all orders if you are a freedom member. Otherwise, free delivery is available on orders over £55 at Quiksilver.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free for members or £3.95 for guests and takes 2-5 days.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 30 days from receipt to return your order. It must be in the original packaging in new condition.
Are returns free?
If you are a freedom member returns are free at Quiksilver your return is always free! If you aren’t a member you need to contact the customer service team to see if you are eligible for a free returns label.
How do I return my items?
Simply use the packaging your order arrived in and keep all the labels on your items. Contact the customer service team and they will provide instructions for the return.

Yes. Students can save up to 20% on new collection orders. To claim your discount you will need to verify via UNiDAYS or Student Beans
Do NHS workers get discounts at Quiksilver?
Sadly no, Quksilver do not currently have an NHS discount.

What if my discount code doesn't work?

How we make money
