Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes, you can! It’s simple to cancel your membership - all you have to do is stop your direct debit with your bank and it’ll be done. You should cancel more than four working days before your next scheduled billing date to ensure you are not charged for that month.
Can I use more than one gym with my membership?
This depends on what type of membership you have selected. If you’d like access to more than one gym, your best bet is to sign up for the Ultimate Monthly Membership. By doing so, you’ll get access to 5 gyms of your choice (and change them whenever you want) and the option to bring a friend four times a month!
Can I change my listed ‘home’ gym?
Yes, you can. To change your listed ‘home’ gym, you’ll need to head to the Member Area or log on to the mobile app. Please note, that there will be a £5.00 admin fee for any changes made (this amount may be higher if you are moving to a more expensive gym).

How old do I need to be to join The Gym Group?
All members must be aged 16 or over to join The Gym Group. Anyone under the age of 18 must complete an online induction before being able to gain access to the gym.
Can I let others use my PIN?
No, you are not allowed to share your membership PIN with anyone else. If you do, it will result in the termination of your membership. Don’t forget that Unlimited Memberships come with four friend passes per month!

Student Saver Membership: Students can save up to 25% off with The Gym Group’s Student Saver Membership. By signing up, you’ll get unlimited access to two of their gyms, free exercise classes and the option of a 6, 9 or 12-month agreement.
How to Use Your The Gym Group Discount Code
1. Browse through our list of available The Gym Group discount codes.
