All Glossybox subscription holders can enjoy free delivery (if you’re buying a separate item, delivery costs will be applied). For stand-alone orders, Standard UK delivery is free on all purchases over £35.00, or £4.99 for orders under this amount.

Can I return a Glossybox?

Glossybox gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of your order arriving. They will refund you for your order and delivery. Your order should be returned unopened and in its original condition and packaging. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for posting returns, so be sure to retain proof of postage.

Can I cancel my 12-month subscription with Glossybox?

You’ll need to contact their Customer Service team if you wish to cancel your order. If you cancel after the 14th of the month, you will still be charged for and receive the next beauty box.

Can I get a one-off Glossybox?

Yes. You can choose a one-month rolling subscription for £13.50 per month. It’s more expensive than the 12-month subscription (£11.50), but you’ll be able to cancel whenever you want.

Does Glossybox offer a student discount?
