Can I get free delivery?
Yes! You can get free delivery on orders over £20 which usually takes 3-5 days. You can also get free next day delivery on orders over £50.
What are the delivery options at This Works?
Standard delivery is free on orders over £20 and takes 3-5 working days. You can also get next day delivery from Hermes or Royal Mail which costs £3.95.
Can I return my order?
You can return any item in its original state for a complete refund or exchange within 30 business days of receiving it.
Are returns free?
For customers in the UK, This Works provides a free returns service. To access this, you need to reach out to their customer care team to get a free returns label.

Can I get a refer-a-friend discount at This Works?
Yes. You can refer a friend to This Works and you’ll get £15 off your next order. Your friend will need to spend £45 on their first online order to qualify for this discount. Once they’ve placed their order, you’ll be sent £15 to use at This Works.
Does This Works do student discount?
No. Currently, This Works does not offer any student discount. If this changes in the future, we’ll let you know. Of course, you can still make a tidy saving on your order by using one of our This Works discount codes.

How we make money
