How much does Standard Delivery cost from Homebase?
Standard Delivery costs £6 from Homebase for small items. It will be delivered Monday - Saturday, by the date shown to you when you checkout. Larger items may take longer to deliver and cost £20, while bulk items such as kitchens cost £30 to deliver.
Can I get Next Day delivery from Homebase?
Yes, you can get Next Day delivery from Homebase. Next day or Nominated day delivery from Homebase costs £6 for small items. Once you go to checkout, you choose which day you would like your order delivered from those available.
I’m in a hurry. Can I get Same Day Delivery from Homebase?
We get it - sometimes you need your order fast. Click & Collect from a Homebase store for Same Day delivery. At checkout, search for your local store to see if they have your item in stock. Click & Collect costs £6. In some cases, you can expect your order to be ready in-store within 1 hour.
What is the Homebase Returns Policy?
Homebase offers a 30 Day Returns Policy, with a money back guarantee on all undamaged items. Items should be in their original condition.
How do I make a Return to Homebase?
Homebase returns are simple to do. To make a return, small items can be returned to your local store. For large orders, such as indoor or outdoor furniture, you can ring the Customer Service team to arrange a date for collection. A courier will then collect your items and deliver them back to Homebase.
