Delivery & Return FAQs

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is free on orders over £30 and takes 3-5 working days to arrive. If you need your order quickly, next-day delivery is available for £6.50. You should order by 3 pm for delivery the next working day. Named day delivery is also available and costs £4.95. Your order will arrive on your chosen delivery date. Saturday delivery costs £10.50 and will arrive the next available Saturday. You should order by 3 pm on a weekday for this option.

Can I return my items?

Bumble and Bumble offer 30-day returns from the date of receipt. Your items should be returned in reasonably good condition and with any seals still intact. Returns are not accepted on personalised or engraved items or items that are due to expire soon. Bumble and Bumble will refund the price for the item but it appears to be the customer’s responsibility to pay for the cost of the return. We’d always recommend retaining proof of postage in this case.

Are Bumble and Bumble a cruelty-free brand?

Bumble and Bumble is a certified cruelty-free haircare brand. They state that they do not test on animals or ask third parties to do so. However, this is unless they are required to by law. It’s also worth noting that Bumble and Bumble has a parent company called Estee Lauder. Estee Lauder states it does not test on animals. However, it does currently sell to countries where animal testing is required by law.
