Can I return my order?
Yes, Known Nutrition offers a 14-day “no questions” returns guarantee; the 14-day period starts as soon as you receive your order. You can return your order for any given reason within this time period. Orders must be in perfect condition, and seals must not be broken.
Will I get a refund?
Yes, once you’ve returned your order, Known Nutrition will issue a full refund. You will, however, have to cover the charge of postage for the return unless your order was delivered faulty, damaged, or was the wrong item, in which case, Known Nutrition will cover the cost of postage.
