Standard delivery will cost you £4.50, or comes free on orders over £100, and should arrive within 2-3 working days. You can also opt for Express delivery, which should arrive in 1-2 working days, for £14.50. All orders are sent via UPS couriers.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will be provided an order number when you place your order. Enter your order number, postcode and last name into the New Balance order tracker to see how your parcel is getting on.
What is the New Balance returns policy?
You have 30 days after your purchase to return any items you're unhappy with. Returns are free of charge - just repack your shoes, attach the pre-paid UPS returns label, then drop it off to a UPS collection point and wait 5-10 working days for your refund to be processed. Items must be sent back in the condition they were received in to be eligible for a refund.
