Can I get free delivery with White Stuff?
Yes, White Stuff offers free delivery on orders over £70. Orders under this amount cost £3.95.
What delivery options are available at White Stuff?
There are a few delivery options available with White Stuff. You can select Standard delivery for £3.95, or for free if your order reaches over £70, and your order will arrive within 3-5 working days. You can also select Express next day delivery when you place your order before 8 pm Monday to Friday at a cost of £5.95. If you have a specific day in mind, you can select the Named Day delivery option when you place your order before 8 pm Monday to Friday.
How do I return an item to White Stuff?
The easiest way to return a White Stuff item is to take it back to one of their stores with proof of purchase and all tags still in place. Alternatively, if you would like to send it back online you can print the returns label at home and either take it to a Royal Mail post office or arrange for an Evri home collection.
