What is the Astrid & Miyu Returns Policy?
Astrid & Miyu operates on a 28-day return policy. There are a few exceptions. Items which cannot be returned include earrings, huggies, ear cuffs, engraved products, sample sale products, and individual items from sets. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, and with no signs of damage or wear. It can take between 10-14 days to process a return.

You'll earn 5 points for every £1 you spend, but you can earn extra points by performing certain activities. Signing up to the Astrid & Miyu newsletter earns you 250 points, and you'll also be given 250 points on your birthday, whilst referring a friend will net you 1,000 points. For every 500 points you earn, you'll unlock a £5 voucher, equating to a 5% back on every £100 spent.
Earning points will also see you rise up through the scheme's three tiers: tier one (Rose Gold) is reached by spending £80, then tier two (Silver) and three (Gold) are reached by spending £200 & £400 respectively. With every tier, you'll unlock access to extra rewards alongside your discount vouchers.
Rose Gold lets you shop an exclusive range of goods in the A&M archive, plus you'll get access to exclusive competitions and rewards (which include more voucher codes and other unspecified gifts). Upon reaching silver, invitations to attend focus groups and access to double points weekends will be added to your list of perks. Finally, gold nets you early access to sales & promotions and a first look at any new collections Astrid & Miyu introduce.
In short, the scheme's points system is reasonable, giving 5% back on every £100 spent, and means even one-time customers can net themselves £15 off for a £100 spend if they also refer a friend. However, the tiers have quite high spend thresholds, so don't expect to earn the perks unless you're a regular customer. If you do regularly buy jewellery or love the brand, though, it's an attractive scheme that offers a chance to get your hands on exclusive products and get more involved in the brand.
