How do I change or cancel my booking?
The best way to do this is by contacting the team via their online contact form. If you’re looking to cancel less than 48 hours before your pick-up date, it is best to call them on 0161 602 5400.
Will I be charged for cancelling or changing my booking?
No, not unless you have requested to make changes or to cancel within 48 hours before your pick-up date. Please note, that refunds will not be issued if a customer does not turn up.
Am I guaranteed to receive the exact car that I requested?
You’ll receive the same category of vehicle, but not necessarily the exact same model (it all depends on availability).
