Delivery & Return FAQs
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery to most postcodes costs £5.95 and will take approximately 2-3 working days. You can also opt for priority delivery where you can select a delivery day Mon - Fri, and costs £8.95 (providing you order by 4:00pm).
How long does delivery take?
If you’re selling to MPB, then standard delivery takes 1-2 working days. If you’re trading at MPB, then standard delivery takes roughly 1-2 working days, If you’re buying used from MPB, then standard delivery takes 1 working day (on all orders placed before 4:00pm Mon - Fri).
Can I Click & Collect my order?
You can opt to have your order sent to a DPD Pickup Store if you prefer, but you will need to place your order by providing your address to MPB, wait until DPD contact you about your order details on the day of delivery, and then select 'deliver to a DPD Pickup Store' to do so.
Can I track my MPB order?
Yes, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been confirmed. You'll see which courier your order is being sent with on the email - you'll need to enter your tracking number here to see how your order is getting on. You can also see the status of any orders by logging in to your account and clicking on 'Transactions'.
Can I return my order?
MPB has a 14-day returns policy on all unused items, so you’ll have 14 days after receiving your order to return it. To do this, you must contact the customer service team.

Do MPB offer a Student discount?
Yes, MPB offer 5% off for students when you buy from MPB or an extra 5% whenever you sell to MPB.
Do MPB offer an NHS discount?
Sadly no, MPB does not offer an NHS or key worker discount at this time.

How do I contact MPB?
To contact MPB, head over to their webpage, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the ‘Contact’ button. You can then either contact them via live chat, or fill in a contact form.
Do MPB products come with a warranty?
Yes, MPB provides 6-month warranties on all products, whatever their condition. You'll be covered for any technical faults or if your device doesn't arrive in the condition it was supposed to.
How do I sell to MPB?
MPB's Sell or Trade page lets you type in your device model and select its condition to get a quote for the amount they'll pay you for it. If you're happy with the quote, MPB will arrange for collection of your items free of charge. They'll then check your device's condition once it arrives, and if it matches the condition you selected, you'll receive the amount you were quoted in 3 - 5 working days.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
