Do I have to book breakfast at Village Hotels?
Guests have a number of options when it comes to breakfast at Village Hotels - it can either be added as an option to your booking, or you can walk in on the day and request a table.
Is the swimming pool and gym included in my stay?
Access to the pool and gym is free for all Booking Revolution members during their stay. For non-members, it is worth checking your booking type to ensure that entry to the Health & Wellness centre is included (if not, a £5.00 fee may apply).
Can I cancel my booking at Village Hotels?
You can, provided you booked directly and opted for a flexible rate booking. Refunds and transfers are not applicable for rooms booked via a third party, or for saver rate bookings.

Are pets allowed at Village Hotels?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at any Village Hotels property. Guide dogs are permitted, however.
What time is check-in and check-out at Village Hotels?
Typically, check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 11 am. Early check-in and check-out times are available, and to book this you’ll need to contact the hotel directly.
What do I do if I’ve left something behind in a room?
If you think you may have lost something during a stay at Village Hotels, you can contact the team by filling out a lost property form (this can be located on their website). A member of staff will get back to you as quickly as possible.
