The Offer consists of discounts at the time of booking on certain Retail Rates on Eligible Stays at select participating Radisson hotels (“Participating Hotels”). To be eligible for The Offer, guests and members must book the specific rate during the Booking Period and consume reservations during the Stay Period referenced below. By participating in the Offer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
An Eligible Night is defined as a night -including all nights of the week- at any Participating Hotel in Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa.
Eligible Stays must be booked between April 24 to May 17, 2024 (“Booking Period”) and consumed on Eligible Nights between July 01, 2024 until September 10, 2024 (“Stay Period”) (together, the “Promotion Period”).
Between the April 24 and May 02 2024, which we define as the Presale period, the offer will only be available to be booked by Radisson Rewards members. Starting with the May 3, 2024, through the May 17, 2024, which we define as the Public period, the offer will be available for both Radisson Rewards members as well as non-members.
The Retail Rate is defined as the non-qualified retail rate loaded by Participating Hotels and generally publicly available for online booking by individual guests. Retail Rates vary by hotel, are subject to change, and may be different each night of the Eligible Stay. Retail Rates do not include promotional rates, non-public rates, rates that require membership, special access or unique codes that are offered by the Participating Hotel. The Retail Rate excludes incidental charges (e.g. resort fees, room service and room entertainment). Additional taxes and surcharges may apply. Total estimated Retail Rate is only available in the Participating Hotel's local currency.
Guests who book an Eligible Stay at the Retail Rate will receive, subject to availability, the following:

By participating in the Radisson Rewards “2500 bonus points in the next Eligible stay for members” (“Promotion”) for Radisson Rewards ("Member") members, you acknowledge, and you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Radisson Rewards Terms and Conditions. To be eligible for the Promotion, you must: (i) Be a Radisson Rewards member (“Member”); (ii) All Prepaid Bookings for members during the pre-sale period via web or app must be made between April 24 to May 02 2024 (“Promotion Period”). Points will be awarded to accounts within 60 days after the eligible stay. Bonus points are in addition to the standard points per U.S. dollar issued based on the standard tier proposition. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must be a member of Radisson Rewards and book on Radissonhotels.com. Only one Radisson Rewards account may earn points for a booking. Individual accounts only.

The Prepaid Rate requires payment in full by credit card, e-wallet or Alipay for the entire stay at the time of booking. The name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name, and the same individual must check in for the stay.
Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking. If you do not arrive on the reservation date, your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit. The cancellation policy follows the policy that the hotels have in place for the prepaid rates and will differ by hotel.
The Prepaid Rate and Best Available Rate vary by hotel, are subject to change, and may be different each night of stay. The Prepaid Rate may be changed or discounted at any time. You’ll then be able to change or cancel your booking. Please note, that refund availability will depend on your booking type and the date you choose to cancel.
Can I add early check-in and late check-out to my booking?
It largely depends on the hotel you’re planning to book with. Typically, check-in times are from 2 pm onwards, and check-out times are 12 pm or before. Please call the hotel directly to see if it's possible to arrange to arrive early or leave late.
