Can I reserve multiple rooms with one booking?
Yes, you can. When making a booking individuals can book between 1 to 7 rooms under one name. If you would like these rooms to be connecting then you will need to specify this whilst making your booking.
Am I charged when I make my booking?
No, your credit or debit card number is only used to guarantee your reservation for your stay. You won’t be charged and will only have to pay for your stay at the hotel unless stated in the terms and conditions.
Can I pay for my stay before my arrival?
Yes, whilst the normal procedure is to pay for your stay when you arrive, if you’d prefer you can pay before your stay.
How late can I book for check-in the same day?
This depends on the hotel you’re looking at booking, the cutoff point is on a case by case basis. Some hotels, for example, are unable to accept same day bookings after 4 pm.
Do Accor hotels offer early check-in?
Yes, Accor hotels are able to offer early check-in at selected hotels. Early check-in can be booked when confirming your reservation online.
Do Accor hotels offer late check-out?
Yes, in some hotels Accor hotels do offer a late check-out. You can book this online when confirming your reservation. Late check-outs are subject to an extra charge though.

Can I change my booking?
Yes, you can if your booking allows you to do so. Some reserved rates have specific conditions for amendments. If you wish to change your booking and you booked online then you will need to cancel your first booking and then make a new one.
Can I cancel my booking for a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your booking for a refund if the terms of your booking allow you to do so.
Can I contact the hotel directly to amend or cancel my booking if I booked online?
Yes, you can contact the hotel directly to change or cancel an online booking as long as the conditions of your booking allow you to do so.
When is the latest I can cancel my reservation online?
For the latest point at which you can cancel your booking you should take a look at the terms and conditions of your reservation. The deadline for cancellations will depend on the brand, the hotel and the rate the room is booked at.
