Can I change my car parking booking?

You can change your booking by using the details in your confirmation email. You can also change the details on your online account. You’ll need the booking reference to track your order properly.

Will I need to pay to pick up people or drop people off?

Yes, you will. As well as needing to pay for parking, you will also need to pay to pick up or drop off people at Birmingham Aiport. There is a range of different options depending on how close to the airport terminal you would prefer to be.

Can I pay on the day without booking?
