Does Boots do free delivery?

You can get free standard delivery on orders of £25 or more. If your order is less than this, standard delivery costs £3.95.

Can I return my Boots order?

Yes, you can. You can return an online order for up to 35 days after you receive it for either a refund or a replacement. Boots only accept returns on opened medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetics if they’re faulty.

Are returns free?

Yes, they are. When returning your order you can choose to return it to your nearest Boots store completely free of charge or print off a free Royal Mail returns label on the Boots website.
