Boots offer you 35 days to return items bought online. Items should be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in a resalable condition. For items that are faulty or damaged on delivery, an exchange or refund will be offered. Electrical items and photographic equipment must have all their leads, accessories and software to be accepted for return. The software must also have its original seal.
