Can I get free delivery?

Lands' End does not offer a permanent free delivery service, however they have had free delivery voucher codes in the past. If they add any we will be sure to list them here.

How much does delivery from Lands’ End cost?

Standard delivery costs a flat rate of £3.95. Next-day delivery costs £7.95 on orders made Monday - Friday. For next-day Saturday delivery, the cost is £12.95. You should call Lands’ End customer service team for any next-day delivery orders.

How long does Lands’ End take to deliver?

Standard delivery will take 2-5 working days to arrive after your order has been dispatched. Lands’ End aims to process all orders within 48 hours of you placing them. Any orders with monogramming, hemming, or engraving will take an extra 24 hours from these delivery times.

Can I return my order?

Eligible returns for a refund received within 90 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment and should be accompanied by a Lands’ End proof of purchase. If the entire order is returned within 28 days, they will refund the full invoice amount, including original shipping costs.

Does Lands’ End offer student discount?

No. Lands’ End does not currently offer a student discount. However, you can still save on your order with our promo codes. For example, you can shop up to 60% off full-priced items with one of our Lands’ End discount codes.

Does Lands’ End do Refer A Friend discount?

Yes. Refer a friend to Lands’ End and they’ll get £20 off their first order worth £60 or more. You’ll then receive a £20 discount on your next order worth £60 or over too.
