Will I get a refund if I cancel my flight?

This depends on what ticket type you have purchased. Most discounted fares are usually non-refundable, whereas more flexible ticket types may be refundable. For flexible/refundable tickets, you’ll receive a full refund if no part of your ticket has been used. Be sure to check your ticket type before completing your booking and for more information, please check the terms and conditions on the Virgin Atlantic website.
