Can I get free delivery at W-Wellness?

Yes, customers can enjoy free Standard UK delivery on orders over £50.00. If an order totals under this amount, then a £3.99 charge will be applied.

Am I able to track my W-Wellness order?

Yes, once your W-Wellness order has been dispatched, you should receive an email containing the relevant tracking information. From here, you’ll be able to view the status of your delivery and provide any necessary delivery instructions to the courier.

What is the W-Wellness returns policy?

If you’re not happy with your W-Wellness products, you’ll have 14 days from the date of purchase to return them. Items must be sent back unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
