Does River Island offer free delivery?
Yes, they do! Standard delivery to most postcodes is free on all orders over £65.00. For orders that are under this amount, delivery costs £4.00. Next Day delivery is available for £6.00, as is Nominated Day delivery.
Does River Island offer Click & Collect?
Yes, they do. You can opt to pick up your order from a River Island store for free (on all orders over £20.00). For orders that are below £20.00, this service costs £1.00. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order from a local shop (this service is free on all orders over £50.00 or for £4.00 on orders below £50.00).
What is the River Island returns policy?
River Island have a 28-day returns policy, giving you up to 28 days after the date of delivery or store purchase to return any unwanted items. Simply head over to the River Island website and create your return using their returns portal. Please note that returns will come with a £2.95 charge.
