How much is delivery at Camilla?
As Camilla is based in Australia, they offer a flat shipping rate (via DHL) of £20.00. Customers can expect their items to arrive within 3-5 working days.
How do I track my Camilla order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with all the tracking details you’ll need. You’ll also be able to track your order by logging into your online Camilla account.
What is the Camilla returns policy?
Camilla currently offers free returns on all online orders. Items must be sent back within 14 days, and all tags must be attached. Please note, that items purchased in the sale will not be eligible for a return.
