Yes, they offer free delivery on all orders over £49. Orders under £49 will cost £6 for delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are dependent on the product. For canvas prints that are 2cm and with no frame, delivery will take 4-6 working days. Delivering photo books and calendars will take 7-9 working days. For all other products, delivery will take 5-7 working days.

Does MYPICTURE offer an NHS discount?

They don't, however, this might change so be sure to check back often!

Does MYPICTURE offer a Student discount?

Unfortunately, it does not seem as though they offer a student discount. However, this might change so make sure to check back for updates.

Your print will arrive with the canvas stretched on the frame and attached securely at the back, ready to hang.

What image file formats does MYPICTURE accept?

They work with .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, .GIF, or .WEBP up to the file size of 60MB.

Is MYPICTURE an environmentally friendly company?

Yes, they sure are. They use sustainable wood, biodegradable packaging, and recycled plastic in their products and packaging. They plant three tees for every wooden canvas frame they sell. They also upcycle waste plastic salvaged from oceans and use them in the manufacturing process.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, because all orders are personalised products, refunds cannot be given upon cancellation.
