You can cancel any order within 14 days of purchase without any given reason. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify Trade Radiators within 30 days and return the product within 28 days of purchase.

Yes, all orders are eligible for free next-day delivery. However, there is a £80 pallet charge for Paladin cast iron radiator orders.

What parts of the UK are covered by free delivery?

Trade Radiator offer free delivery to all mainland UK addresses. All other areas not part of the mainland including Northern Ireland and the UK Islands may be subject to a delivery surcharge and longer delivery times.
