How to cancel bookings on Hotels.com?
Thankfully, Hotels.com have made cancelling bookings relatively straightforward. All you have to do is sign into your account and access the “Trips” section. From here, you’ll need to follow the necessary instructions before being able to cancel. Alternatively, you can use the Virtual Agent feature on their website to help with the process.
How to get a refund at Hotels.com?
If you’ve cancelled your stay with a credit or debit card, the amount will be refunded onto the payment card within 24 hours. From here, it can take several working days for the money to clear into your account. Please be aware that some bookings are non-refundable, meaning you won’t receive any money for a cancelled holiday. Always check the cancellation policy for your holiday before booking.
Are there any fees when cancelling a Hotels.com booking?
Although Hotels.com don’t charge any cancellation fees, it doesn’t mean that the hotel itself won’t. To establish if there are any fees, and what this might cost you if there are, you can contact the establishment separately (their details can be found in your booking details).
Do Hotels.com rewards expire?
