Are flights included in TUI packages?
They can be, depending on which type of booking you make. Across the top of the TUI webpage are a number of drop-down filters you can choose from, including ‘Holidays’, ‘Flights’ and ‘Hotels Only’. All package holidays will have flights included in the price.
Can I book a cruise with TUI?
Yes; TUI has a selection of cruise packages to choose from, including river and ocean cruises around Europe and the wider world. You can find all their options under the 'Cruises' section of the website.
Will TUI sit families together?
According to the TUI terms and conditions, they will attempt to sit your party together on flights, although they cannot guarantee that it will be possible. It is also worth noting that ‘seats together’ counts as seats alongside each other, immediately in front or immediately behind.

Can I amend my TUI booking?
Yes, you can, although there are usually amendment fees for each named person on the booking and for every booking detail that you wish to change. To make alterations, you’ll need to use the Manage My Booking service on the TUI website.
How do I cancel my TUI booking?
To cancel your booking, you’ll need to get in touch with TUI as soon as possible. You will then receive a cancellation invoice and the total amount of this will be based on the period of time left before you’re due to travel. For more information, please refer to their online cancellation policy.

Do TUI planes have wifi?
TUI offer an onboard wifi service on a select number of its aircraft. If you're flying on one of their Boeing 737-8 aeroplanes, then you'll be able to connect your device to the onboard network.
Which TUI cruises are adult-only?
TUI does offer a variety of adult-only cruises, visiting idyllic locations such as Croatia, Italy, Slovenia, Greece and Corfu. The Marella Explorer 2 is for adults only and offers a wide range of quality facilities.
Does TUI offer an NHS discount?
Yes, TUI have plenty of discounts and offers available for NHS staff through their Holidays for Heroes initiative. They'll give you £100.00 off (on top of other savings available) on holidays over the value of £1,200.00! If your new holiday is under this amount, then you'll get £30.00 off instead. To qualify, you'll need a valid NHS email address or unique code.
