Where can I use my blue Co-op card?
You can use your membership card in most Co-op stores across the UK but there are acceptions. Stores in Midcounties, Central England, Southern, Chelmsford Star and franchise stores don’t accept any usage of the membership card. Stores in the East of England and the Midlands are separate businesses and won’t accept your blue membership card.
What time does Co-op open?
Different stores will have different opening times. The best way to find this out is by using the store locator on Co-op’s website. Simply enter the location of the store you wish to visit and all of the information will be available.
Does Co-op deliver?
Yes, when you order online you could get your order to your door in as soon as 60 minutes. Orders must meet a requirement of £15 to be eligible for delivery and costs £1.99.
Returns & Refunds FAQs
Do Co-op offer refunds?
Yes, they do. You can change your mind and cancel your order for any reason within 30 days of either collecting your order or receiving your delivery.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Co-op don’t accept returns of items past their ‘use by’, ‘best before’ or ‘BBE’ date. As well as chilled or frozen products. They also can’t accept returns for hygiene reasons or if the original sealed packaging is removed of sealed food, sealed drinks, personal grooming products, medicines, body jewellery certain items of clothing and certain baby products, newspapers and magazines gift cards, e-top-ups, lottery tickets and scratch cards, and CDs, DVDs and computer software.

Co-op offers students a 10% discount on orders. You can redeem the discount online by signing into ‘StudentBeans’ or in-store by showing your Young Scots student card at the checkout.
After you’ve completed your online order and gotten the best deal possible on everyday essentials, you can pick up your order from your local Co-op completely for free.
How to Use Your Co-op Discount Code
- Select one of our voucher codes on offer and press ‘Get Code’.
- A new tab will open redirecting you to Co-op.
- Start shopping for groceries and everyday essentials and add your item/s to your basket.
- Either sign into your membership account or continue as a guest.
- At the checkout, once you’ve entered your details, you’ll see a ‘Promotion code’ box underneath the order summary.
- Paste your voucher code in the box, click ‘Apply’ and enjoy your savings.

What if my discount code doesn't work?
As a collaborative team, we do our best to ensure that incorrect or outdated discount codes and offers aren’t listed on any of our retailer pages. To do this, we test the codes ourselves to make sure that they work and aim to give as much guidance as possible with regard to how they are supposed to be used.

How we make money
Using our discount codes is totally free, although we understand that this may seem too good to be true. Like all businesses, we need to make money, and we do this via commission-based relationships with brands and retailers - we earn a small percentage from the retailer every time someone uses a code on our website or clicks through to a sale.
We also make money by offering the brands we work with the chance to buy some extra space on our website, in turn giving more exposure to their biggest and best discounts. And that’s it! By using this model, we’re able to do what we do without charging our customers a penny.
