Does Groupon accept returns?

Because Groupon offer deals on so many different products, returns policies will differ considerably from purchase to purchase. As a general rule, most products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Your refund will be provided to you in the form of Groupon Credit on your account, which you can then spend on other purchases and experiences. However, you'll need to check the Groupon website for details on each category and any specific return criteria.

Can I change my booking?

Amending your booking is possible and the way to do it depends on whether you booked your dates when you bought the deal or booked them after buying the voucher. If you booked your dates when buying the deal you may be able to cancel and get a refund, depending on the terms and conditions. If you booked the dates after then you’ll need to contact the retailer directly to see if it’s possible.
